LARRY FINLEY
President/
Cofounder
Larry Finley founded Finley Inspection Services Ltd in 1971. After a successful career with a major operator in the Lloydminster area, Larry went out on his own as independent field consultant overseeing energy industry construction projects. As Larry and Teresa's young family grew, he sought to spend more time at home and began contracting other consultants under the Finley name. Larry's innate
ability to identify quality people is a key aspect to the success of Finley Inspection Services. Larry treated his people with respect while maintaining extremely high standards of integrity which developed the reputation of Finley Inspection Services as a trusted
partner. Larry remained the President of Finley Inspection until his passing in June of 2018.
TERESA FINLEY
Cofounder
Teresa co-founded Finley Inspection Services with Larry in 1971. Very
much the matriarch of the family and of the business Teresa develops strong, trusting relationships with the Finley consultants such that they become part of the Finley family. Teresa has been instrumental in the growth of the business as she and Larry worked closely throughout the history of the company. In the early days of the company, Teresa managed all back-end business processes including invoicing, accounting and all other administrative duties. Teresa's attention to detail has maintained impeccable records and compliance throughout the history of Finley Inspection Services.
ROBIN FINLEY
CEO
The oldest of Larry and Teresa's three sons, Robin has a diverse 25+ year career in the energy industry featuring an honors diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology. Robin has achieved positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career including the operation of multiple divisions of a major energy services company with responsibility for assets over $50M. He has an extensive background in business development and leadership.
Robin took over the day to day operations of Finley Inspection in October of 2018 and is committed to the legacy of his father and the family business
